Austin Construction Company is growing across some of the most beautiful and in-demand terrain in the region — from the mountains of Western North Carolina to the rolling landscape of Upstate South Carolina. We build the sites that become the neighborhoods, businesses, and infrastructure our communities rely on, and we’re looking for an experienced Grading Foreman who’s ready to lead a crew, take ownership of projects, and grow with a company that genuinely invests in its people.
If you’re a self-motivated leader with a sharp eye for detail, strong communication skills, and a track record of getting commercial site work done right — we want to talk to you.
Why Austin Construction Company?
We know our equipment is only as good as the people running it, and our projects are only as strong as the crews building them. That’s why we’ve built a culture around three things: training, safety, and taking care of our team.
- We invest in your growth. From ongoing skills training to mentorship on the job, we want every foreman on our team operating at the top of their game — and we put resources behind making that happen.
- Safety isn’t a checkbox, it’s how we operate. We equip our crews to do the job right and go home safe every single day.
- You share in our success. Profit share means when the company wins, you win.
- We take care of the details that matter. Competitive salary, full health/dental/vision coverage, paid vacation and holidays, and a company truck — because a foreman who’s taken care of takes care of the crew.
This is a place to build a career, not just clock in for a job.
