We are seeking a skilled and reliable Equipment Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating heavy machinery in a construction or grading environment.

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Equipment Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating heavy machinery in a construction or grading environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, dozers, loaders, and skid steers
  • Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance
  • Read and interpret site plans and grade stakes
  • Work closely with crew members to complete projects safely and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and safe jobsite

Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience operating a dozer in a grading or construction environment
  • Experience with GPS grade control systems preferred
  • Ability to read grade stakes and site plans
  • Strong understanding of earthwork, drainage, and site development
  • Ability to work in varying weather conditions
  • Valid driver’s license required (CDL preferred but not required)
  • Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
